COOL OK THEN

We hear the whispers from out there. They're loud and they're insistent. They have no boundaries and they come wailing in the cold nights when you forgot your blanket in your truck at the top of the hill. There's no going back. You're listening to the whispers now. It's time to go to sleep.

Manifesto Against Dr. Yiong's Dangerous Rhetoric

Dr Neeshin-Tary Yiong makes a number of contentious claims in her latest ridiculous article, "Human Nature and the Nature of Power in a Powerless World that Features This and Those But Some of That As Well," dated 64 of 32 of 2 from 9 to 3 to 65 last week. I was shocked to see how erroneous some of her claims were and I'd like to set the record straight with a couple of fact-checked counter-claims that run contrary to everything she stands for and she must be destroyed and demolished and I hate her and I want her out of this country unless she publicly apologizes for the philosophical differences that go BEYOND philosophical. Indeed they transcend the very concept of philosophy and venture forth into the land of dirt and salt, of grit, and sweat, and crops and corn and BLOOD that everyday common workers sift through daily, earning pennies on the pound and dollars on the ounce. While she sits in her white ivory tower of academia and knows nothing of the struggles of the common folk, supported by the labor of the broken common man who wakes before dawn and ends his workday after the sun has set I ASK YOU what justice is there?

Yiong sits there in her computer world and world of blogs and opinions and deigns to offer her perspective on what? WHAT I ask you??? A world that privileges the privileged and stamps out the dissent of the common man with a toothpick in his teeth and straw in his frayed hat, squints at the sky and knows the weather one week HENCE??? What world is this?

It is a world of injustice and unruly laws bent on suppressing the already suppressed populace that works for a living, or, shall I say, impoverishes themselves for a living for WHO I ASK YOU could forage a living in these abysmal conditions??? Take a moment to heed my words young readers for words are power and power is threatening if it is not already harnessed by the powerful. Let these words of mine serve as an ANTHEM to your existence and bring forth the fiery spirit of hope and destiny! TO ARMS MY BRETHEREN!! WE MOBILIZE AT ONCE.

"There is no power when the powerless are convinced they have it, for, indeed, the illusion of their control sustains the world. This has been a cycle for epochs, the nature of struggle, the nature of a name, and the fierce will to assert oneself in the face of crushing despair. Because of this, it is this."

Disagree profoundly. Yiong misses the mark by a wide margin and forgets that human beings themselves are TAUGHT to crave power in the same way they are TAUGHT to crave the very things that they are taught to crave!! A true messenger of the people understands this implicitly and absolutely and Yiong is not that.

"Where now is the horn that was blowing upon the mountainside? Whoso does bring their tidings of the Eastern Sealands and greet one's adversaries with wild abandon? The tribulations of our time are laid out in text immemorial, as it was said so it shall be that when we do that."

Such piffle. Such twaddle. Tripe and wordless musings. Yiong contemplates the horn on the mountain but fails to address the mountainous region of Braime The Lesser where COUNTLESS HORNS BRAY IN THE SUNLIGHT. Has this common knowledge truly been lost? The elites of the world (of which Yiong and her cohorts consider herself a part) would have you think you must toil in the endless sands of the Prermer Desert and beg the Water Merchants for a pint of water! NAY. It did not have to be this way. It could have been a different way, which brings me to another of Yiong's proposals that does not fly in the real world, no sir, no ma'am, no comrade, no young lad and lass of the land of the world, no indeed, for there remains little hope of victory if we can emerge victorious. The victories we have won earned us great victory, yes, yes they have, indeed, the victory of one is the victory of all the ones, that is the mantra we need to be chanting in the halls of feasting and delight, of dancing and whirling and twirling and swirling in the heady throes of ecstasy as the torches burn low and the bards sing of our tragedy in hushed tones and mournful tones that speak to an unearthly sorrow no man would dare seek.

Bringing down all the foundations of our famed insutitions is what Yiong is all about and we must refuse her advance, fight back with our wits and words and battle axes of the mind. Ours will be the song of victory, as we sing together as one voice, bringing the tone into perfect harmony wth the song of the earth. Stray not, deviate not, walk the path of straight intonation and find the right pitch.

Darkness is ahead of us, fellow bretheren, dark days and dark times and dark situations that we must illuminate with the bright lights of coordinated light patterns, hauled in from the Light Plains where they shine their shiners endlessly, to the rejoicings of the Endless Day, where Dawn and Dusk and Twilight and NIGHT ITSELF is vanquished and out of the playing field. It was okay, not great. Not terrible. I enjoyed watching it, and that's what counted. The writing was ok in my opinion, but these films aren't known for great writing, and I like the fact that it doesn't take itself so seriously. It's just fun.

REPORTS OF THE INSURRECTION IN SOUTH GRAMWALD HAVE TROUBLED AUTHORITIES IN THE AREA AND LEAVE MANY RESIDENTS WONDERING IF FEDERAL ASSISTANCE WILL ARRIVE TOO LATE
Brem Vilicikia, A.O.F.

When the helicopter flew overhead and dropped its remaining cache of emergency supplies on frightened but frustrated residents of South Gramwald, there was little indication at the time of how serious the situation had become. I was at District 5's checkpoint getting outfitted for a ride in with law enforcement and serving as an official correspondent in the area.
